Clinical Space: Hebrew-first practice management for independent therapists in Israel
Clinical Space is a Hebrew-language, right-to-left practice management system built for independent therapists and cosmeticians in Israel. It turns a five-minute spoken debrief into a structured clinical summary, builds progress reports from summaries already on file, and answers professional questions from the therapist's own library, with citations.
What it does
Clinical Space combines session summaries generated from a spoken or typed debrief, periodic progress reports built from those summaries, and a citation-backed assistant over the therapist's own professional library. It also runs the daily side of a practice: calendar, public self-booking, WhatsApp reminders, billing, session packages, gift vouchers, and inventory for cosmeticians. The money side is closed end to end: the therapist connects the Israeli payment gateway and the invoicing provider she already uses, tax invoices are issued automatically when a payment arrives, refunds return the money and issue a credit note, and an accountant-ready report exports to CSV.
- Session summaries from a spoken debrief, in the therapist's own template
- Progress reports for schools, institutions, or parents, with an anonymized export mode
- A research assistant over the therapist's uploaded books, articles, and lectures
- Calendar, self-booking, WhatsApp reminders, and billing in one place
- Payments and Israeli tax invoices through the therapist's own providers, with no transaction fee from us
Who it is for
The system is built for a therapist or cosmetician who runs a practice alone and wants documentation, reports, and professional knowledge to work for her. It supports 17 professions, from drama therapy and psychotherapy to physiotherapy, nutrition, and cosmetics, each with its own labels and modules. It does not yet support several practitioners under one account.
- 17 supported professions, each with matching labels and modules
- Independent practitioners managing their own practice
- Not yet available: multiple therapists under a single account
Privacy by design
Real names stay inside the system. Before any text reaches a cloud language model, patient names, ID numbers, phone numbers, and emails are replaced with code names, and the reply is restored with real names before the therapist sees it. Session audio is never stored; only the transcribed, cleaned text is kept. Each account is isolated at the database level, and data is hosted in the European Union.
- Real names in the interface, code names before any cloud AI call
- Session audio is never stored
- Per-account database isolation
- Data hosted in the EU (Frankfurt)

Only the AI features are metered, in credits, and everything else — calendar, records, forms, billing, invoicing, and inventory — is unlimited on every plan.
